2. Choose a clinic

3. Schedule an appointment for a consultation with a doctor at your chosen clinic

4. Obtain testing that may be recommended before you begin treatment. Such tests may include but are not limited to a uterine evaluation, semen analysis as well as lab work (blood and urine) for both male and female partners.

5. Select your donor through your clinic coordinator. Your coordinator will confirm when everything is set for you to proceed, approximate shipping date and assist with planning your cycle calendar.

6. Coordination of frozen egg transport from the Fairfax Egg Bank to your chosen partnering clinic will be coordinated between your clinic and the Fairfax Egg Bank. All you have to do is choose a donor and fill out the necessary forms. We handle the logistics!
